Hiring software for small and medium businesses in Thailand. An employer posts a job, we bring them people who match it, and they do the hiring themselves.
How it works
An employer signs in and describes the job they need to fill — the role, the pay, the hours, the place, and a few questions they want answered.
They connect their own Facebook Page. Recruitment adverts are then published in their company's own name, so a job seeker can see which business is hiring rather than an agency they have never heard of.
People who answer the advert reply to the employer's questions. Those answers appear in the employer's AdsForJobs dashboard, ordered so the employer can see at a glance who is worth ringing first. The employer contacts whoever they choose and arranges interviews themselves.
What we do with a connected Page
- Read the Page's name, and the Instagram account linked to it, so an advert carries the right identity.
- Publish recruitment adverts under that Page.
- Read how those adverts performed, so the employer can see how many people their job reached and how many applied.
Nothing is posted to a Page's timeline, no messages are sent on a company's behalf, and an employer can disconnect a Page at any time from their settings. We do not sell or share what we hold with anyone else.
