AdsForJobs is operated by NORDENFELD CO., LTD., Koh Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand. By using it you agree to what is below.

For job seekers

• AdsForJobs is free for you. We never ask you to pay, ever.
• Tell us the truth about yourself. An employer hires on what you said.
• We show your profile to employers hiring for the work you asked about.
• You can delete everything at any time — see delete your information.
• We are not your employer and we do not decide who is hired.

For employers

• Post real jobs that exist, with pay and conditions as stated.
• Do not ask candidates for money, documents or personal identification through AdsForJobs.
• Candidates' details are shown to you for hiring and nothing else. Do not pass them on.
• Hiring decisions are yours. We introduce people; we do not place them.
• Paid posts run for the days and the number of candidates shown when you buy. Unused days are not refunded once a post is live, except where we failed to deliver.

What we do not promise

We cannot promise that a job will be filled or that a candidate will be hired, and we do not check an employer's or a candidate's statements beyond what the law requires of us.

Ending it

Either of us can stop at any time. We can remove a job or an account that breaks these terms — most often a job that does not exist, or asking a candidate for money.

Law
