Hiring software for small and medium businesses in Thailand. An employer posts a job, we bring them people who match it, and they do the hiring themselves.
How it works
- Describe the job. The role, the pay, the hours, the place, and the few questions that actually decide who is worth ringing.
- We advertise it. Recruitment adverts run on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, shown to people in the right city for the work — including people who were not looking for a job that morning.
- Applications arrive in one place. Every answer, every candidate, ordered so the employer can see at a glance who to call first. The employer contacts whoever they choose and interviews them directly.
What we do not do
- We never charge a candidate. Applying is free and always will be.
- We do not sell or share what we hold with anyone outside the employer a person applied to.
- We are not an agency. We do not take a fee from a salary and we do not interview anybody on an employer's behalf.
